“What is Specialty Coffee?”
- Simple answer: It’s the good stuff. Specialty coffee beans are a much higher grade of coffee bean than you can typically get in a grocery store.

“What’s with the Medium-ish and Darker roast levels?”
- We try not to be too precious about coffee terms, so we keep things simple. Medium-ish coffee is roasted to medium (City to those familiar with the term). Darker coffee is roasted darker than Medium-ish.
“Do you offer ground coffee?”
- Nope. In order to preserve the coffee’s freshness, we only offer whole bean coffee.
“Do you sell your coffee in K-Cups?”
- Nope. We appreciate that K-Cups can be a convenient option, but have no plans to pursue that type of packaging for our coffee.
“Do you add flavoring to your coffee?”
- We do not add any flavoring to our coffees. All of the interesting flavors in the coffee are inherent in the beans themselves.
“Decaf?”
“How do I store the coffee once the bag’s been opened?”
- You can easily store the coffee in the bag it came in. Our coffee packaging has a zip closure and a one-way air valve. Zip the top closed and then gently squeeze the bag to remove the remaining air. Keep the bag out of direct sunlight/heat/etc. There is no need to store the coffee in the refrigerator or freezer.
